An easy-to-follow recipe for a naturally gluten-free dip and spread.
Cut open avocados, remove the pit and scoop the flesh out of the skin using a spoon and put it in a medium-sized bowl.
Mince the cilantro and finely chop the onion. Add them to the bowl
Remove seeds from the jalapeno pepper and mince. Add to the bowl.
Juice 1/2 the lime into the bowl and add the salt.
Using a potato masher or a fork, mash the avocado and mix to blend in the other ingredients.
Taste and add additional lime, salt, and spice to taste.
