Do you have IBS? Please take this survey

If you are an adult with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), Reflux (GERD) and/or Functional Dyspepsia (FD), check this out…

Occasionally, surveys become available for GI patients to share their experiences. This is one of those occasions.

We are conducting a survey of adults who have a gastrointestinal (GI) disorder or condition. GI refers to disorders of the esophagus, stomach, and intestines. We are specifically looking for individuals who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD; including Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and indeterminate colitis), Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and/or Functional Dyspepsia (FD).

This survey is a one-time, anonymous multiple-choice questionnaire (maximum 123 questions) looking to evaluate participants’ experience with GI conditions in the healthcare setting. The questionnaire should take no more than 45 minutes to complete.

This research study is being conducted through the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The Principal Investigator (PI) is Dr. Tiffany Taft.
