1:1 Mentoring

My 1-1 mentoring sessions can deepen your understanding of GI issues and help you implement medical nutritional therapies for complex cases with confidence. My perspective can be especially effective for dietitians working at the intersection between GI disorders and eating disorders. Here are some of the ways I can help:

  • Offering a deep dive into dietary interventions like the Low-FODMAP diet
  • Support on complex cases
  • Interpretation of test results
  • Help bringing an intuitive eating/HAES approach to GI patients
  • Supportive materials for you and your clients

Our 45-minute virtual sessions give you focused time to deepen your knowledge and get your questions answered. Contact me for more info, or book your session below.

Group Mentoring

Registration is open!

Group mentoring adds an extra bonus to working together - the wisdom and support of your peers. I love these sessions! You'll get feedback from me and other RDs as we go over your cases and learn from one another. There will also be time to learn about how to best provide medical nutrition therapy for a myriad of digestive disorders from a weight-inclusive approach. Group sizes are small and on a first-come, first-served basis.

What You’ll Gain:

Increased Confidence: Develop your skills in treating GI disorders without focusing on weight, enhancing your ability to support clients with compassion and effectiveness.

Practical Insights: Bring your questions, present case studies, and engage in discussions tailored to real-world scenarios you encounter in practice.

Community Support: Connect with like-minded dietitians who share your commitment to weight-inclusive care, creating a supportive network for ongoing growth and collaboration.

Program Details:

Duration: 6 sessions, one hour each

Cohort Options: Please let me know which time works best for you:

Wednesdays at 5:00 pm EST OR

Wednesdays at 6:00 pm EST

Dates: October 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 19

If you have a group of 4-5 RDs that would all like to meet together, we can arrange a different day and time for you. Please note that in the form.

Cost: $450 total, with flexible payment options available at no additional cost.

Bonus: All sessions will be recorded and shared and the link will be shared only with the cohort members.

FYI: Meeting with me 1:1 for the same duration would be more than double the price. This group setting offers you the added benefit of learning and connecting with other RDs.

This program is perfect for dietitians looking to expand their knowledge and confidence in weight-inclusive GI care. If you've ever felt uncertain about how to best support your clients in this area, or if you're eager to deepen your expertise, this mentoring group will provide you with the tools and community you need to thrive.

Before working with Beth, I was struggling with helping my clients who presented with GI issues like IBS, SIBO, and chronic diarrhea.  Since I was seeing these conditions so often in my practice, I needed a deeper dive with Beth to improve my MNT skills in this area.  Beth educated me on the nuances of how to implement the low FODMAP diet and how to effectively partner with clients for maximum success. One time I called her (in a slight panic!) for assistance with a challenging client and she assisted me right away. Her support ultimately allowed me to guide my client to decreasing his GI symptoms dramatically in only a few weeks. Beth is absolutely the go-to dietitian to deepen your knowledge and understanding of GI issues. Whether you need basic education or more complex case support, supervision with Beth will absolutely make you a better, more confident dietitian!

Before doing clinical supervision with Beth, I was struggling with navigating some difficult GI cases (pertaining to SIBO, CSID and IBS-C). After thoughtful review and discussion of each case and its details, Beth educated me on her approach and recommendations. This helped me to gain confidence and improve my skills in these areas, which has allowed me to help my patients more effectively. I highly recommend working with Beth if you want to expand your practice and knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for digestive issues.
